About the event
We will be cleaning up the surrounding area of Portage Park in Langley City for April's Teen/Tween meetup.
We'll be celebrating Earth Day a bit early and helping cleanup the small creek and park. This activity is based on The Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup.
The kids will go out in groups together, being able to just hang out with each other while providing a great service to the surrounding community. At the end, we'll come together the last 30 minutes to sort into recyclables and trash, and weigh our findings. Gloves and trash bags will be provided; please bring your own water and/or snacks. Washrooms available.
