LHEA Tween/Teen meet-up

Tweens (10-12) and Teens (13-18) meet up will be a monthly or twice-monthly gathering. The primary purpose is to connect the older home-schoolers with a planned social time; Friday afternoons being ideal. We'll be playing a game of ultimate frisbee on Aug 27, with some teaching time beforehand.

Tweens (10-12) and Teens (13-18) meet up will be a monthly or twice-monthly gathering. The primary purpose is to connect the older home-schoolers with a planned social time; Friday afternoons being ideal.
We'll be playing a game of ultimate frisbee on Aug 27, with some teaching time beforehand for those who are unfamiliar with the game.
Each time we'll have a planned activity, but if the kids want to help plan, lead, or get another game going-we'll fully support that!
This first one will be free for all to join, afterwards LHEA membership will be required. This is not a drop-off event unless families work together for carpooling/hosting purposes.
Parents are encouraged to "host" (or just plan) at least 1 get together with other parents on site to help. A shared excel planning sheet forthcoming for planning/info**
