Stewart Farm: 13723 Crescent Rd.
Description of topics covered:
Students experience the cultural traditions of newcomers to Surrey and learn how exclusionary immigration laws shaped settlement in BC through the examination of artifacts, maps, and historical documents.
This field trip is aimed at Grade 5-6 but a range of ages is welcome, younger students should have an understanding of what “immigration” means in order to benefit.
